How dull. How about I share my last love instead? I realised about two months ago how much I have fallen in love my little curly niece, Dhana.



Well, I mean I've always loved her, but before it was that kind of unconditional relative love, you know? Deep and real, but not... focussed? Now it is direct, I love her for who she is, because she is a person now. Her personality is growing, her opinions, likes and dislikes... and she has names for things and she's so funny. It's like I've just met her properly. I can't wait to meet little Stevie in the same way!

Oh today was completely uneventful. Lots of cleaning. I still haven't ordered any of those nice presents. Or got rid of the fleas. Or done my assignment. Useless.

Kids are beautiful when they are wee babies and they're all tiny and cute and squee, but once they get bigger, and they start to have a proper personality, they're gorgeous <3 I still miss my ex's niece, I saw her all the time for her first 2 years and she was adorable. Such a lovely little girl.
